You are eligible to vote if you are:

* If you have been released, or were in prison for something other than a felony, you can vote!

Vote by Mail

Because of COVID-19, every voter in Massachusetts can vote by mail. This is the safest way to vote, especially for anyone who is immunocompromised. The state will mail every registered voter an application to vote by mail. Fill it out and return it in the pre-postage envelope provided. See graphic for instructions.

Applications must reach your local election office by August 26 for the State Primary. State Primary ballots need to be back at your local election office by 8 p.m. on September 1.
